
Rendina Companies will develop the headquarters, which will feature green specifications aimed at energy efficiency and a low carbon footprint. Anderson-Moore Construction, a member of the US Green Building Council, will build to suit the 63,000 square foot high-tech building.
The facility will house G4S Wackenhut's sales and technology centers, its North American Training Institute and business units that focus on international accounts and regulated security. Wackenhut will be relocating from it's current headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens.
